Obtaining a Report

Police reports can be obtained at the Record's window during normal business hours. The cost is .50 cents per page.  Please complete and submit a Records Request form to initiate the document retrieval process. The PDF form is available at the bottom of this page.

Accident reports are generally available 5-7 business days after the accident occurred, and are accessible online by using the following LexisNexis link

You may call in advance at (860) 489-2020 to see if the report you are interested in is available.

Please Note: Not all reports are releasable, disclosure may be limited by statutory regulation.
